IndianOil Petronas Private Limited's Ennore LPG Import Terminal formally inaugurated the 7th National Electrical Safety Week, being observed from 26 June to 2 July 2026, reaffirming the organization's commitment to fostering a safe and electrically secure workplace.
This year's observance is centered around the theme:
"Competency, Compliance and Caution – Ensuring Electrical Safety."
The week-long initiative aims to strengthen awareness of electrical safety practices, reinforce regulatory compliance, and encourage a proactive safety culture across the terminal.
🚩 Inaugural Ceremony
The opening day commenced with a series of meaningful activities, including:
- Flag Hoisting Ceremony
- Electrical Safety Pledge
- Inauguration of the Electrical Safety Exhibition
The event was graced by the Terminal Head of BPCL POL Terminal, Ennore, who attended as the Guest of Honour and emphasized the importance of electrical safety, continuous learning, and adherence to established safety standards in industrial operations.
