Activities |
Business Development & Sales |
· Identify, pursue, and convert industrial and
commercial customers from alternate fuels to LPG. · Expand business segments across assigned territories
in a time-bound and efficient manner. · Plan and execute impactful sales campaigns,
promotional activities, and customer engagement programs. · Achieve monthly/annual sales targets while ensuring
profitable growth and customer retention. · Undertake customer visits, both existing and prospective based
on directives from the Reporting Office at IPPL Head Office. |
Customer Relationship & Market Intelligence |
· Maintain strong, direct engagement with all
customers, dealers, and institutional clients to build loyalty, satisfaction,
and brand advocacy. · Conduct regular site visits, safety inspections, and
technical audits to ensure compliance with company and statutory standards. · Capture and report competitor activities, pricing
strategies, and customer feedback monthly to inform strategic decisions. · Serve as the key liaison between customers,
transporters, and HO/Terminal teams for seamless service delivery. |
Operational
Excellence & Safety
|
· Coordinate with bottling plants, BDAs, and
transporters to ensure uninterrupted and timely supplies. · Conduct regular facility inspections, promote best
practices in LPG handling, and provide technical support to ensure safety and
reliability. · Assist customers in case of operational breakdowns
and coordinate with AMC contractors for timely resolution. · Ensure strict adherence to all safety norms, PESO
regulations, and company policies. · Conduct comprehensive safety inspections in strict adherence to
the standardized format mandated by IPPL Head Office. |
Financial Discipline &
Compliance |
· Drive timely collection of customer payments in line
with contractual terms and company credit policy. · Support implementation of SAP and digital tools for
transparent reporting, billing, and tracking. · Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company-specific standards. |
