Land on lease for ALDS

IPPL is interested to take land on long term lease from interested parties to set up Auto LPG Dispensing Stations (ALDS) as per international standards and conforming to all requirements of the statutory authorities.

Location

  • The location of the site would be a key determining factor for setting up an Auto LPG Dispensing Station.

Site area

  • The site for the proposed ALDS should ideally be 625 Sqm (25M×25M), i.e., frontage/width of 25 meter and a depth of 25 meter.
  • Land has no HT line (>11 KVA) crossing and should meet all statutory & NHAI norms (for sites on NH)

Land ownership

  • The land offered can be owned or leaseholder with the provision of sub-lease.
  • The land owned by the family member(s) will also be considered as belonging to the applicant subject to producing the consent letter in the form of affidavit from the concerned family member(s).

Application process

  • Applicant needs to submit application along with the photocopies of the land documents.
  • The site visit will be done by IPPL team for techno-commercial evaluation of the proposed site.
  • Subject to meeting all the technical & statutory requirements, land shall be taken on lease for minimum period of 15 years based on the mutually agreed rental and other terms & conditions.
  • Land may be taken on lease for lower period subject to meeting IPPL requirements.

In the event, the landowner (whether with title deed or leaseholder) is desirous to become a dealer and meet all the above criteria required of a dealer shall be awarded dealership following the company procedure.
