INDIANOIL PETRONAS PRIVATE LIMITED (IPPL) is a joint venture company promoted by two FORTUNE 500® oil majors, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, India and Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS), Malaysia. The company was established in August 1997, with equal equity participation by both companies and incorporated on 3rd December 1998 under the aegis of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.

IPPL has a presence in the Commercial Packed LPG Business, offering a range of cylinders in capacities of 21 kg, 33 kg, and 425 kg, with an expanding distributor network in the eastern and southern regions. Additionally, IPPL owns and operates Auto LPG Dispensing Stations in the southern and eastern parts of the country.
